The owner left his vacation and drove over an hour to replace our unit. They worked in the scorching heat for hours until it was done. Both men were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. I recommend them over any HVAC company in the area.

OUTSTANDING! A/C went out late Fri afternoon (of course!) at my senior neighbor's house. Place that installed unit was booked solid & couldn't come out until Mon. Googled & found that Comfort was open until 7pm and works weekends. Called & Dean said he could come out Sat. But he spent 30 min on the phone with us to troubleshoot. I was impressed that he took his time. It helped him to know what might be wrong when he came out Sat. He was able to come 4 hours earlier than promised on Sat. He looks out for his customers. Didn't take long to get it running (less than 30 min. He'll come back Monday after he checks the warranty because we need another part and he doesn't want us to pay for it. He works 24/7 with hardly a day off. You couldn't tell - he is very energetic & knows what he's doing. I consider it very LUCKY we reached him. I'll be having him perform maintenance on my HVAC each year to keep it running smoothly. THANK YOU.

Fantastic, professional, prompt service. Veteran owned and operated. Dean was polite, and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my HVAC system, and what he was doing to repair it. Extremely competent, and clean; I’ve dealt with some service providers who skoff at the notion of taking their shoes off, Mr. Dean said no problem at all, and came right in. I will be using Dean for my annual service, and any other emergency service I have from now on.
